We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be variations in color and/or craftsmanship.
Colors and materials from natural dyes behave differently and although we offer several products of the same style, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, making each item look slightly different from the next.
Any item you purchase is one of a kind. Even if the leather is from the same dye lot, the unique arrangement of colours and choice of patterns will always make each item beautiful on its own.
For an available item, we need between 1 day for the preparation plus shipping which depends on where you live. Take into consideration that due to high order volume some products may not ship immediately as they may be made to order. If you need something quickly please email to check availability. Also, you can place a backorder, meaning that the order is going to be processed in the next 8-12 working days.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Can I return a personalized product?
No, due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns. Please read Return Policy before placing or returning an order.
Depending on the demand of the product and The availability of the product by the supplier the products are available for sell on website. It may take a week or two..even it can take a month or two.
Can’t say anything clearly. But yes you can subscribe to that product from email. So whenever the product is instock you will get a notification of its availability.
We will endeavour to make amendments to orders where a mistake has been made, however, please note that we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us as soon as you notice any errors and we will try our best to accommodate any changes. If your order has already been dispatched, the usual returns policy will apply if you wish to send it back to us.
