From the state of the strip to a high-quality product in the above video, we are presenting the steps of how much work stays behind making a leather strap.
The two strips of leather are first thinned. After this process is done the two layers are glued and sewed together. Each layer is placed with the face towards the exterior so that the colour won’t stain your white shirt.
The process is now at the beginning. Next, the craftsman is measuring the distance where the wholes are going to be made. The measuring, the riveting and the bonding are hand made step by step.
Finally, the craftsman puts the strap together in a wonderful piece of art. He inspects the harness before the shipping to check if everything is ok.
All of the above processes are made by hand and each strap is getting our full attention and dedication.
