Returns and Refunds

We stand behind every piece we make. If something is not right with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please read the information below carefully so you know exactly what to expect from our returns and refunds process.

Our returns policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Important: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent directly to us. Contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Items that cannot be returned

The following items are exempt from our standard returns policy:

🎁 Gift cards
💾 Downloadable digital products
🏷 Items without original tags or packaging

Partial refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted. This applies to any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, and to any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, we recommend following these steps before contacting us:

Check your bank account once more. Refunds are sometimes processed but not immediately visible in your balance.

Contact your credit card provider. There is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted to your account.

Contact your bank directly. They can confirm whether a pending refund is in progress on their end.

If you have completed all of the above and your refund has still not arrived, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate immediately.

Exchanges and replacements

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the damage.

Once we confirm the exchange, we will provide you with the return address and arrange a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible.

Returning a gift

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Sending your return

Before sending anything back, please contact us first to receive the correct return address and any specific instructions for your item. We will confirm everything by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and cannot process a refund for items that do not reach us.

Delivery timelines for exchanged items will vary depending on your location within the EU.
