Nothing to assemble and no setup fee. The price shown is for the complete pack of 12, which works out at 18.50 € per favour.
The pack is the producer’s own case, so there is no case splitting and no handling surcharge. To order more, raise the quantity: 2 packs make 24 favours, 3 packs make 36.
Protected Geographical Indication is not a decoration on the label. It certifies that the olives come from Sicily, that the milling follows a written specification and that the extraction is cold, with no heat to burn off the aromas and the polyphenols.
In the gourmet favour market a generic olive oil is the norm. A certified extra virgin IGP is not, and your guests taste the difference on the first piece of bread.
Raw over bruschetta, grilled vegetables and salads. Ideal on fish and carpaccio. Excellent drizzled over soups and pulses. Good in the pan too, for gentle frying.
Pairings: fresh tomatoes and country bread, grilled swordfish and tuna, ricotta and fresh Sicilian cheeses, orange salads, grilled vegetables and caponata.
