It’s OK to change your mind!
Because we know that choosing an accessory to represent you is not always easy, we are with you. If your choice is not satisfactory, or if you have simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a product replacement, refund or upgrade to another model.
If you have received the incomplete or non-compliant product, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any subsequent reports will not be taken into consideration.
The possibility of returning the product within 30 days does not affect the return rights in 14 days in case of long distance trade, as established in OUG 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify in writing to the merchant who renounces the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 14 days from receipt of the product or, in the case of supply of the service, from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a message on Facebook or e-mail address.
The costs of returning a product will be entirely borne by the consumer. Please carefully follow the steps listed below to return a product.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom orders like laser-engraved products.
Terms of return within 30 days of purchase:
The product must be new, free from scratches, blows or defects caused by external factors.
The product must be returned to the original box, along with all accessories (screw, safety device, etc.).
It must be properly packaged to protect it from possible damage during transport. Missing or damaged labels, marks, products or packaging may result in the return request being refused.
If multiple identical products have been purchased, a single unsealed product is accepted as a return, the remaining quantities must be sealed.
Returns are not accepted within 30 calendar days if the products show signs of wear or tear.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the application of a restoration or refusal of a return request. If the product is returned to a state where it can no longer be sold as new, you can request that the value be restored to its original state. This decision will be communicated on the basis of an aesthetic and technical certificate of the returned product.
*Note: The return of the product is made by bank transfer, must fill in the IBAN in the return request.
How can I return a product?
If a product needs to be returned, the following procedure must be followed:
- Directly through a message on our Facebook page fill out a return request.
- Pending approval of the request.
- Packed in the original packaging of the manufacturer so that it will not be damaged during transport.
- Please do not remove the labels, bags or separators of the original packaging.
- Shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer, Luxury Leather can not be held responsible for damage or loss of the package. We recommend that you send us the package as we always deliver it, providing the content at its full value.
